Cutting steel plate underwater using BR22 torch

In my previous post on how the underwater cutting process being carried out, This video proved us the activity  further on how  it has been  done by few cutters using BR22 torch .It was not an easy works but with BR22 product it seems there are no possibilities to block BR22 from doing it.
